A practical checklist for agents and homeowners before JDKfoto arrives.

Walk the home as a buyer would

Start at the front door and walk through each room. Clear counters and surfaces, put away personal paperwork, and remove items you do not want in the listing photos. A tidy room makes it easier to see the space and its features.

Give the exterior the same attention

Move vehicles from the driveway when practical, tidy outdoor furniture, and put away hoses, bins, and pool equipment. Arrange access to patios, waterfront areas, and any features included in the shoot. Tell us ahead of time if a space will be unavailable.

Plan access and amenities

Confirm gate instructions, lockbox access, parking, and who will meet us. Community amenities and additional structures may need separate access or more shooting time. Please share those details when booking so the appointment reflects the property you want to show.

If you are appearing on camera

Choose your outfit and think through the one or two things you want buyers to know about the property. A concise introduction usually feels more natural than a long script. We can help keep the delivery relaxed and focused on the home.

Twilight and drone coverage

For twilight photos, make sure interior and exterior lights work and that access is arranged for the scheduled time. Aerial coverage depends on conditions and permitted access. Tell us about the views or surroundings that matter most so we can plan the approach.

Before the appointment

Have the home ready at the booked time and keep pets secure while we work. If your timeline, access, or scope changes, contact Jason as early as possible. You can cancel or reschedule through the booking portal at least 6 hours before your shoot. Weather cancellations are free of charge; we work with you to find a new time around Southwest Florida’s rainy season. Photos are delivered the next morning, guaranteed. Video delivery ranges from 1–4 days: luxury video takes 2–4 days, and simple edited reels are delivered the next day.
