I’m Jason, the person behind JDKfoto. I work with luxury real estate agents across Southwest Florida who want beautiful media and someone they can count on to handle it.

I got my start photographing cars around Metro Detroit. Shortly before COVID, I moved into real estate photography in Michigan. In August 2020, I headed to Florida and started building JDKfoto around a simple goal: becoming an extension of my clients’ teams.

To me, that means caring about the whole experience. Booking should be straightforward. We should show up on time, treat every home with respect, and deliver work you’re proud to put your name on. From the first appointment through the follow-up, you should feel taken care of.

On a shoot, I’m particular about the details. I’ll straighten a chair, suggest moving something, and tell you honestly when an adjustment will help a room photograph better. I want every home to look its best, but I also like to keep things relaxed—with a little humor along the way.

Outside of work, I’m a proud stepfather to three incredible kids. Watching them embrace who they are and go after their goals is one of my favorite parts of life. I also love snowboarding, despite living in Florida, and getting into the woods and mountains of North Georgia or Tennessee. If there’s an incredible view, there’s a good chance I’m bringing a camera or drone.

My goal is to be the person you call whenever you need media—and someone you look forward to working with.

I’m Neil, co-owner of JDKfoto and a licensed Realtor. Before real estate, I worked in car sales, where I learned that earning someone’s trust starts with listening and following through.

As a Realtor, I know what goes into a listing presentation. Sellers want to feel confident choosing you, and the way you plan to market their home is a big part of that conversation. I joined JDKfoto because I saw an opportunity to help agents go beyond good photos and build a relationship with a media partner they can rely on.

My focus is business growth, client relationships, and finding ways to make our service more useful. That means understanding what you need, communicating clearly, and making the experience as professional as the finished work. We pay attention to feedback and keep looking for ways to improve.

Listings are a big part of what we do, but I also enjoy helping agents build their personal brands and helping local businesses show the people and work behind theirs. Whether it’s a property film or fresh content for your business, the goal is to create something you’re proud to share.

Outside of work, I like staying active, getting outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I’m always looking for ways to learn, get better, and help the people we work with do the same.
