A focused look at the best features.
This service is a 30–60 second highlight tour. It covers the exterior, living room, kitchen, dining area, and primary bedroom and bathroom. Spare rooms, offices, closets, and additional bathrooms are outside that standard scope. If a secondary space is a major feature, let’s discuss it before filming.
What to expect
- A shorter property video built around the main rooms
- A focused sequence instead of an exhaustive room-by-room tour
- The option to add aerial footage or choose a fuller film
Before we arrive
Prioritize the spaces being filmed and let us know about any must-show feature. Having those rooms ready lets us spend the appointment on the footage rather than last-minute rearranging.

Will every bedroom appear?＋
The standard highlight scope does not include every bedroom. Choose a more complete video service if full-home coverage is important.
Is this the same as a walkthrough reel?＋
No. A highlight film and a vertical walkthrough reel have different pacing and presentation. Tell us the channel you’re using so we can recommend the better fit.
